"I wanted to extend a compliment to one of your evaluators–Adeline. I was the lucky recipient of a (multi vehicle) flood loss and Adeline was fortunate enough to be the one who was assigned to run the values. Between the reports needing to be reran because the insured removed (components and added others) Adeline has (to make numerous changes to the valuations and has been) been a God sent! Every time she has promised I would get something back, she has delivered within the time she promised and has been available every time I have needed to call into VVS. Meanwhile she is running other values for me on separate claims I am handling. I know we get paid to do this, but sometimes it is nice to know someone is walking the extra mile with you to ensure what needs to be done is done. I wanted to let you know you should buy her lunch or something, maybe give her a promotion!
